We are excited to announce we are building a huge 600 seat bistro at the Bligh Park Hotel. The bistro and the menu will be overseen by Executive Chef, Thuong Dang who has over 20 years working experience in the industry working for hatted restaurants.

The new bistro menu will have all your favourites including steaks, schnitzels, burgers, pizza and pastas but Thuong will also add his asian flair to the menu with some exciting new and flavoursome dishes.
